Deposit and cancellation Policy.
With online bookings now available we have reviewed and made changes to our deposit and cancellation Policy. We hope that as our guests understand our new policy and value our need to run a smooth and seamless salon experience for everyone.
We appreciate that sometimes you may have to cancel or reschedule an appointment. To respect the time of our stylists, we please ask that a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is given.
When booking your appointments, we ask for a 50% in advance to secure your booking. If you have given more than 24 hours’ notice the deposit can be refunded or carried forward to your next appointment. If you cancel with short notice or fail to attend your appointment, 100% of your service will be taken as payment.
For longer and more complex appointments full payment may be required upon the stylist discretion.
