First stop, the bouncy blowdry, along with a good Moroccan oil brush you will need product that will hold your hair whilst giving a soft and moveable feel. *top tip, use dry wash at the roots on clean hair and it reduced the oil build up which will allow your blowdry and hard work to last longer! 
for the bouncy blow-dry we’d recommend a good moisturising shampoo and conditioner such as Paul Mitchell instant moisture and then the sculpting foam and dry wash, feel free to add some hairspray at the end if you wanted to but this blow-dry is all about the soft and floaty feeling so you wont want to overload the hair and weigh it down.
Next popular hair style this season is the Hollywood waves, ultra glamourous and a winner on any hair colour this is perfect for the wow factor at the staff party. Again start the way you mean to go on and allow your hair to have the best shampoo and conditioner, the invisiblewear shampoo and conditioner are amazing , they build volume and prep the hair with texture whilst being light weight. A medium sized barrel tong and some grips and give yourself some time to create this hair, again use dry shampoo on each section to dry the root of any oil and tong away. *top tip, pin each section after your tong the hair and allow to fully cool before letting down, your hair will stay smoother and longer like this!
